Hip pain: Hip and groin pain with increased abdominal pressure could point to a inguinal or femoral hernia. A small out pouching from your abdomen down into the inguinal canal.... Please have this checked out, possibly by your primary care physician. A scan may be helpful.... It is typically not serious, unless a bowel loop gets stuck in this hernia... Best of luck!
