Uti in men: He may have prostatitis, which would require a 4 week course of antibiotics. May also have urinary retention (from an enlarged prostate) and need to be placed on meds that relax his prostate. May also have reflux of urine from bladder into ureteters, which can be assessed. With voiding cystourethrogram.
