Bladder: Could be a issue with your bladder falling if you had your children vaginally. See a urologist if the antibiotics don't work.

See a urologist: A urologist should be able to quickly identify the cause(s) of your incontinence. There are a number of effective treatments available so there is no reason you need to suffer with this. I recommend finding a doctor who has expertise and reputation in the area of incontinence.
