Depends: Depends on what was done and your home care. If they were simple extractions then you will notice a clot in a few days and some closure forming in a week or two. If it was surgical than healing will take longer, especially if bone was removed, but sutures will help with the closure. Warm salt water rinses really help healing. Having an oral surgeon do the work will lessen the trauma in most cases.

A few days: Usually primary healing is 1 - 3 days. You should be close to getting back to your normal schedule by then. Complete healing will take longer, possibly up to 2 - 3 weeks.
