Can someone tell me how long will the healing take from taking out four wisdom teeth?

Initial 2 days: Initial recovery is 2 days, 4 if you have extensive swelling. Ice is very helpful the first 24 hours. Sutures usually removed or gone in 1 week. The extraction site will fill in and remodel over time. The hole will turn into a depression and finally become a smooth ridge taking 6 months. The late healing will be unnoticeable to you except it will trap food less and less.

7-10 days: 7-10 days to feel normal. Sockets fill in over 6 months. For best results, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
