Nothing: If it has been more than 2 days you have probably passed the crown. If less than two days check your stool for it. If found it can be sterilized and if the tooth is sound it can be recemented. If the crown is gone, return to your dentist for a new crown before more problems develop.

Swallowed crown: As long as the crown was not aspirated(sucked into the lungs) the crown will most likely pass through your intestinal tract and be eliminated in a few days.
