Possibly: clindamycin can be harsh on the GI tract.. Ask doc for something else or at least don't take it on an empty stomach

Not yet. You'd know.: Clindamycin does not aggravate IBS specifically, but can cause diarrhea due to a bacterium in the colon. Usually happens at least five days after starting antibiotic, and can occur as many as two weeks after stopping the antibiotic. Would cause profuse, watery diarrhea.
