Maybe, but unlike ly: 2 ideas come to mind here! 1. Being sick from the bad tooth can make you susceptible to other areas which would normally not bothet you become bothersome. 2. While your immune system may be overwhelmed fighting off a tooth infection, may not be as competent in dealing with a stomach problem. Seedentist asap and GI md for stomach problem.

Possible: If you are taking NSAID medications or asa(aspirin), they could be causing the stomach upset. The NSAID medication include advil, ibuprofen, alleve, naprsyn, or anaprox (naproxen).

Very unlikely: I do not see any direct relationship of the two. See your dentist for a dental exam and getting all your necessary dental treatment completed, and if the stomach pain persists, see your primary care physician.
