See a dentist: Sure. Lets assume your toothache is from decay. Bacteria invades the pulp and causes initial pain. If untreated the pain may go away because bacteria kills the pulp. What happens next is an infection. Loads of bacteria and other cells get trapped at the root apex. If a fistula develops you are swallowing puss 24/7. I would check with your medical doctor to make sure you are healthy for dental care.

Possibly: If the tooth has an abscess and it is draining puss into your system constantly than it is possible but have the tooth examined and treated-if symptoms stop than cause was tooth-if not see your medical doctor.

Possible -: Pain has varying effects on different people. The stress from pain can magnify the effects as well. Gi disturbances are common responses to stress. I would suggest you contact your md to be sure that your symptoms are not related to something else. In addition contact your dentist to assist you with alleviating the cause of the pain.
