Perfectionism?: It sounds like you are feeling the pressure of having to be perfect. Sometimes the people around you may make you feel this way , even though that is not at all their intention. If you are really young, your parents can find a psychotherapist to help them figure out how to help you. If you are older, a psychotherapist can help you on your own. Just know you are not alone in feeling this way.
