No : There is no reason to stop exercising prior to or after conception unless you are told by your medical provider it is needed. Most women can exercise , with appropriate modifications based on trimester, all the way up to delivery. There is no reason you need to stop caffeine prior to pregnancy and not complete agreement that you have to completely eliminate after, but you may need to cut back.
