So i broke my nose when i was 6 and now i'm 18 and got this bug ugly hump! can i get rid of it without surgery at all?

Doubtful: If you've had a nasal fracture, it's not uncommon to have a "hump." surgery would probably be necessary to resolve this. I'd seek the advice of a plastic or ENT surgeon. Sorry there's not an easier answer. Good luck.
