Hyponasal speech: Yes, please see an ENT doctor for evaluation. Common causes include deviated septum, allergy, nasal polyps and adenoid hypertrophy.

ENT referal: Well you could be suffering from a deviated nasal septum. This can cause a more nasal type voice as well as more then frequent sinus infections. You could speak to your regular doctor to see if you have a deviated septum and he/she could refer you to an ENT specialist to determine if repair is needed, or you could just speak to an ENT specialist by yourself although that might be more expensive.
