I am swollen from my face all the way to me feet, and it is painful! i am constipated a lot too, i did enema, will that help?

Generalized edema: Please have your self checked for kidney , liver, and heart problems very soon. You can start by asking you doctor to check your blood pressure, urine for protein, liver enzymes, and your kidney function. Meanwhile start with low salt diet

Need Dr visit: Your use of 'swollen' leave me with more questions and concern than ability to help you. If you have swelling (as in edema / fluid buildup), then you need to go to your dr or the er for evaluation as to source asap. If you are just 'plugged up, ' then an enema might start things moving, and may need a follow up x 1, then soften from above. Still good to see dr to determine what started problem.
