Soft diet: Stick with soft foods. Avoid anything cold or hot or spicy or hard and chewy. See a dentist as soon as you can to treat the toothache.

Food & Toothaches: Foods and liquids that may make your tooth hurt more are sweets, very cold, very hot, and acidic. Hard foods may break an already weakened tooth. See your dentist as soon as possible.
