Not sure: You might see your physician for a checkup, and tell him/her about your problem with forgetting bills. I don't know whether your issue is a general memory problem that needs medical evaluation & help, or is specific to bill payments only. If it's the latter, there are certainly ways to keep track of important bills either via online reminders, or tracking systems you create yourself.

Possibly: Women can experience a mixture of emotions when having a period. How would you describe the memory problems ? Do you have difficulty with short term or long term memory? Does your memory return to normal after your period ceases? I would say that some forgetfulness, such as misleading keys, is usual.
