Should not: Wellbutrin (bupropion) should not cause confusion. Please call your prescriber to sort out what is going on.

FIRST.....: Why are you on wellbutrin (bupropion)? Take care of the reason for sure. And try a different med - symptoms not likely to reoccur. Of course, be sure there are no other likely causes for confusion like drugs, alcohol, etc.
