A person performs at their best when they get adequate restorative sleep, have balanced nutrition, are free of illness and in a stable favorable environment. If you are concerned, and think all areas are good, discuss this with your doc.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Rather unlikely to suffer true organic cognitive decline at age 27. Your intellectual functions can be compromised by anxiety, depression, stress, sleep deprivation, use of alcohol or recreational drugs, medication side effects, and many other contributors. Your physician can sort out underlying causes and assist in improved function.
