Fear of heights: Cognitive behavioral therapy works great for this. You learn what self-talk in your head makes it easier, and how to calm your anxiety. Then you approach your fear in manageable baby steps , mastering each step before moving on to the next one. It can take a while, but this is very successful. Contact nacbt.Org to find a qualified therapist in your area. This is so treatable!
