Probably!: Yes, gas stations do sell brands and types of condoms that are not typically what you might find in the drugstore aisles. I would assume that they are as safe as other condoms. That being said, there is no condom in the world that will provide you with 100% protection from pregnancy or std's. In general, i would stick with the 'name brand' condoms, but in terms of your question, these are okay.
