Gas after eating: If you get gas after eating, this is a sign that your body is having difficulty digesting what you are eating. The usual culprits are lactose, gluten found in wheat containing foods, or greasy foods. I would try eliminating one food at a time, and finding out what causes the most gas. Start by eliminating milk products, as well as taking lactase enzyme and see if this works. Talk to your doctor

Likely IBS: The most common cause of such symptoms is irritable bowel syndrome which can take many forms. It is also possible that you have a food intolerance or sensitivity such as to lactose or milk protein, or gluten. As you say 'everything" you eat causes these problems, it is difficult to say. The codeine in the tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 has also likely caused or added to dysregulation of your bowel function. Good luck
