Diet: Diet is usually the main cause of bowel issues. A regular diet high in fiber and only about 20% carbohydrates should help the issue. Also avoid caffiene, spicy food and carbonated beverages. Also, as we age, we tolerate dairy less to a lactose free diet should help too.
