Needs Evaluation!: At your age there are a number of possibilities like atypical heart pain or an aneurysm of the aorta dissecting and bursting. These are serious problems. On the other hand, it could just be "gas". The first possibilities are fatal and need to be excluded as possibilities so you need to be seen asap.

Hello. Please may you help. I have a left side chest pain that gets worse after eating. Chest tightness. Difficulty swallowing and sore throat. Upper back pain. Left side head pain. A lot of belching and burping and passing gas. Uneasy stomach pain.
My ribs hurt well at least what I know of it's my ribs righ under my chest left n right the pain goes away when I lay down. I tend to get a lot of gas?
