Maybe IBS: You need a good detailed history and physical. Information about your diet, weight, etc labs stool sample, xrays may be needed. Occasionaly a colonoscopy is done depending on the case scenario. Some pts have ibs , colitis, celiac etc. Specific treatments and diets etc can be given at that time.
