How to know if you have internal bleeding to the head!?

Mental status change: You want to know if internal bleeding in head. You will have headaches or mental status changes. If you bleed in your head it occurs following trauma and that should be evaluated in the ed. If you have a bleed from an aneurysm you may have mental status changes. An imaging study such as a ct scan will show bleeding.
