After puberty- can't: If you've completed puberty you aren't likely to grow taller. Girls complete puberty by ages 15 to 17 & for boys it is by ages 16 to 17. However, if one enters puberty late, they will usually also complete it late. Our height is largely determined by genetics (our parents' height). If you are healthy (no unusual causes for stunted growth/ smaller stature) then there is not a way become taller.

Platform shoes: Linear growth is determined by growth centers in the bones that close after puberty. At a listed age of 40, there is no drug/diet/exercise or hormone that will help you grow taller. If asking for someone else, an x-ray of the wrist/hand can identify growth centers. If open they can grow more, if closed, it is done. Proper nutrition, rest & exercise support the best growth.
