Sometimes you have: residual inflammation from infection that lasts well beyond the initial period of treatment. If you continue to have similar symptoms as before the treatment ended, I would get myself back to the healthcare provider to re-check your urine. There are resistant organisms to conventional antibiotics, and sometimes it takes 2-3 tries and a culture before you get it right.
