Hypochondria: Hypochondria is a brain illness, unfortunately not a preference or an opinion to be changed. Effective treatment involves acknowledgement and acceptance of its being an illness. Learn and practice the skills of mindfulness meditation to live with chronic illness. Finally, medications to address the anxiety associated. Seek help for these treatments.
