Therapy: You can seek help from a team of professionals. Your primary care physician to closely follow you for overall health concerns; a psychotherapist for working with you on your health and other anxieties or depression; a psychiatrist to work with you on any medications that could help with specific symptoms. With this collaborative team and working in your therapy, you can get well.
