Go see your doctor: The cause of hurting needs to be investigates, so go see your doctor or your prior oncologist. They can do some tests and help you solve your problem.

See a doctor: Many things can cause abdominal pain. Have you had a medical oncology follow up for your colon cancer? Recent colonoscopy? You need a full medical evaluation and have appropriate testing with your doctor.
