Hemorrhoids&others: Bleeding from the rectum during bowel movement can be from hemorrhoids as this the most common cause of bleeding from anus. The other causes are anal fissure rectal and colonic polyps cancer of colon or rectum diverticuar condition if you have fresh blood in stool you need a colonoscopy.
