Probably benign: The majority of these cysts are benign (almost never cancer). I assume you are under care so relax and let your doctors to their work. Sound like you are in good hands!

Rarely: Most cysts in the kidney are totally benign. So nothing to worry about. Intermittent ultrasound follow up and being under the care of a physician is all you need.
