I had teeth extracted about a month ago, they were cut out, now i have something coming threw my gum that is sharp and hurts, what can help this pain?

Bone splinters : You are having some bony spicules or splinters floating up out through the gums from the extraction site. It is very common. They will eventually fall out themselves or you can go back to surgeon and he can simply remove them. You may just rub some numbing gel from the pharmacy to help with the pain.
