Most likely: Please. Have your physician rule out physical causes. See a cognitive therapist to help you correct your thought distortions "i hate everything" about myself. See a psychiatrist for medications if needed. Don't ignore exercise, proper nutrition, acupuncture , yoga, spirituality, practicing your faith, spiritual counseling, and astral projection ( just kidding on the latter). :).
