Depression & Anxiety: Depression and anxiety are treatable and with medication management to supplement Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other empirically tested procedures, you can get relief. Find a licensed psychologist who can evaluate and treat you and who can coordinate with a psychiatrist as needed. Check with your local chapter of the American Psychological Association or go on its main website. It's www.apa.org.
