Anti-inflammatories: You can try different anti-inflammatories, may need prescription strength. Ice therapy if swollen. All orthotics are not the same, you need a very firm orthotic that limits motion of the midfoot. If those do not work, then surgery to repair or fuse the joints involved may be only option. See an experienced surgical podiatrist. Get 2 or 3 opinions before surgery.

THAT'S TOUGH: That's tough. Orthotic devices, NSAID's, extra depth shoes can be tried. If there was displacement to any degree, arthritis is a concern, especially since you are young. If the pain becomes unbearable, a Lisfranc joint fusion of metatarsals 1-3 may be needed. Be cautious about fusing the 4/5 metatarsals to the cuboid. I try to avoid those two metatarsals. Good luck.
