COBRA: There is not a limit to the amount of stretching you can do, as long as what you are doing is not hurting you and you are getting benefit from it. Stretches are best held for 8-10 seconds. There are better stretches for sciatica, as this one may be very advanced and I am not aware of your physical status.

Yoga: Maybe no more than six times per day, and do not hold the position for more than 30 seconds. Stretching is important, and can be very helpful, but do not overdo it. Too much is not good. Try to alternate with walking, cold packs, and heat. Best of luck!

Hard to Say: Typically the Cobra stretch is not recommended in people with low back injuries or sciatica. I would proceed with caution and if it hurts afterwards, suggest not doing it at all.
