No: Body tremors is not what you would typically get from nerve root compression (pinched nerve) in the neck.

Pinched nerve: A pinched nerve in the neck normally causes pain localized to the neck and the arm, body tremors would be extremely unusual - if tremors are present then a neurological examination would be recommended.
