Check bloodwork: Anemia, high or low blood glucose, low sodium, low calcium, low magnesium, liver problems (with elevated transaminases)--all these are possible causes of your symptoms that could be checked with simple, routine blood tests. There are many other causes of tremor, weakness and slurred speech, so check with your neurologist after this bloodwork.
