Possibly: Compressed nerve roots can cause fasciculations (small spasms) in the muscles controlled by that root, and these could be perceived as tremors. Also, weakness from root compression can upset the balance of opposing muscles, causing a type of tremor as your brain tries to compensate. However, if you are having tremors, there are many other possibilities, so you should talk to your doctor.
