Nail: Nail this is most likely normal psoriasis usually causes pitting of nails and seperation of nail from nail bed.

Psoriatic nails: Yes it could be psoriatic nails. Treatment may be difficult. See a dermatologist or possibly a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Yes, it could be: But there would be other characteristics on the nails too. If there is no other unusual disfiguration than the vertical ridges it might be a harmless part of aging or perhaps a nutritional iron deficiency separate from your arthritis syndrome. Try to work with your physicians to gain the best control possible over your most troublesome arthritis symptoms and try not to worry about the nails.
