Talk with your doc..: Find out the best order to attack your problems. Likely the coronary disease will need attention first. This could be the source of your problems, but it is more likely a combination of the several medical problems.

Treating sleep?: Your medications can help with many of these problems, but how is your sleep apnea treatment going? More than half of those who are supposed to use the CPAP don't do it at all or long enough each night to be effective. If you are one of those, that may drag your body down so much that you can't feel good. If that's you, talk to your sleep doc about alternatives, like oral appliances.
