I have what looks like nail psoriasis on a few finger nails for 20+ years, no other symptoms, no toe nails affected. i read i could be at risk for psoratic arthritis. i am worried , i also have had planter fascitis on and off, have health anxiety too?

See dermatologist: To relieve some of your anxiety, suggest you visit a dermatologist for dx and tx if necessary. He might do a bx and culture of some nail cuttings, which should be painless. ...and answer and address your concerns about psoriasis/ arthritis
