Needs thorough eval: Hi Sorry to hear about the troubles your son is having. Would be happy to discuss further over inbox eval but I'm limited in what I can do on an internet consult. It sounds like he probably needs eval as soon as possible by a local physician. Being unable to sweat may be from dehydration. Being unable to stop sweating is something else entirely, however.

Not from psoriasis: This may be due to some other reason. You need to discuss this with your physician . It's not from Psoriasis arthritis. There are many choices for therapy for psoriatic arthritis. I don't know what he's had but new medicines have come out recently. Please discuss with his rheumatologist.
