My partner squeezed my rib cage very hard today when trying to pick me up, i now find it hard to catch my breath, all my ribs are in pain. is there any possibility this moved the ribs more inwards?

Get checked: Hopefully is just muscle strain. However if your having difficulty breathing you should be seen asap by a physician, r/o rib fracture or worse a collapsed lung. Symptoms include chest pain, shortness of breath, coughing, rapid heart rate.
