Several things: It could be your gall bladder, liver problem, a kidney stone or infection, a rib muscle sprain / strain or a infection / inflammation in the right lung or lining of the right lung. If you have nausea, loose bowels then more likely gall bladder. If you have cough or breathing problems, then the lungs may be culprit. Blood in the urine or urinary frequency suggests the kidney stone. See a doc!
