Not sure: Without seeing this it is impossible to tell. If it is painful, bleeding or exuding pus, have it examined soon by your dentist. If it is a new lesion and it doesn't heal within 10 days have it examined by your dentist.

See a dentist: I can't even begin to know without seeing the lesion and its location. Call your dentist to have it looked at, then proper treatment can be explained.
