You don't mention how long you've been away from that mold exposure. Prolonged exposure to mold can affect the eyes causing irritative reactions and certain infections like keratitis. An ophthalmologist is best qualified to evaluate,diagnose and treat you.

I’m certainly glad that you’re out of that situation now. Read, injected, eyes can be caused by many things. If your vision is not involved and it’s resolving, then you don’t need to do anything. You might try using some artificial tears but if it does not resolve, you should see an ophthalmologist.
