Allergist: If you are so impaired, it's time to be evaluated by an allergist and perhaps undergo desensitization.

Allergy treatment: First you should try environmental control as best as you can in your environment. Then medication in terms of third generation antihistamines like allegra, Claritin or zyrtec. . Nasal sprays like Flonase are also available. If these two methods aren't enough you should be tested to determine your allergies and undergo desenstization.

Try singulair (montelukast) 10 mg : Avoidance is 1st step. Pollins are worst in early am and windy days. Try not being outside if possible during these times. Also, avoid low damp places where mold grows and make sure your house is free of molds. You can also use zyrtec or other antihistamine with advair and singulair (montelukast). Getting allergies under control will help asthma. Allergy shots also help tremendously.
