See surgeon ASAP: I would imagine that your surgeon didn't anticipate your having oral sex while still with stiches in your penis. As anyone's mouth is full of bacteria, this was a bad idea, and if the stiches ripped it might be a worse one. I would seek an urgent appointment and in the meantime wash thoroughly and keep it clean until you see the surgeon.
